An introduction to Muay Thai that will equip your child with the fundamentals to begin attending regular classes. This free workshop is for any kids interested in trying out Muay Thai.

• No Equipment Needed (regular gym clothes and bare feet)

• Free Kids Trial Workshop (Ask questions, tour the facility)

• Kids Age 4 - 7 @ 10:00 am (45 minutes) on Saturday September 13
